In addition to the three apartments on the ground floor (Fewos), which reflect the alpine lifestyle, you with your loved ones, can also choose from the 3 fully equipped apartments in the alpine lifestyle on the first floor in the Haus Mutschlechner. SAT-TV, coffee maker, kettle and ceramic hobs, bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, balcony and terrace with views over the Olang mountains will make your stay in our apartments at the foot of the Kronplatz a special experience.
We have a total of six non-smoking holiday flats in which you and your loved ones will have no difficulty in forgetting the daily routine completely. All the apartments on the first floor and ground floor that makes people feel welcome with a cheerful inviting hall area, have a safe and a dishwasher.
Guests, both young and old, can also use the house's bicycle and ski room with skiboot warmer. You can park in front of the house and diagonally opposite.

- During peak season, the apartments are normally rented out only from Saturday to Saturday.
from 01.01.2024 is a €2,50.- tourist tax per person (from the age of 14) that has to be paid on site (tourism charge specified by provincial law 9 of 16 May 2012).

You can pay the outstanding amount in cash (Italian law sets a limit to cash transactions) or you can pay the outstanding amount by banker's order before your arrival.You can also make an online real-time TIPS transfer quickly and easily.
Useful things to know.
- The Mutschlechner apartments are in a non-smoking house. You can smoke on the balconies.
- Pets are not allowed in our house, we hope for your understanding.
- Any damage to the furnishings and equipment must be reported and paid for.
- Please respect house rules so as not to disturb other guests.
- Travel cot for small children available.
- WLAN is available.
- All the bed linen and the bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are supplied by us at no extra charge.
- The apartments must be vacated on the day of departure by 9.00 and must be left in a clean and tidy state.
- The apartments are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival.
- Consumer protection: reference to the provisions governing consumer protection: "Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers Code)
- "The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal"
- Guests who arrive late or leave early will be charged for the entire booked period.
- In the event of cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival, the deposit will not be returned but can be used as a deposit for a later stay within the following twelve months.
